WARSZTATY
Passing on knowledge and competence is one of the most important things in life. Without it, we are stuck. This is what I believe.
I am a writer and a lawyer. Workshops combine these two professional activities of mine. As a result, I run workshops on creative writing and on copyright law. Both according to my own original method. I always prepare workshops individually. I take into account who I am doing them for and what the people I meet need.
This is how I work with students at the Jagiellonian University's Literary and Artistic Studies, this is how I work with participants of workshops I regularly conduct for Literary Festivals, libraries, museums and other institutions. This is how I work when I go to schools or embassies with workshops on the law of citation or permitted use.
I mostly rely on practical exercises and case studies, I introduce knowledge by means of mind maps (colourful, hand-drawn), if we have time, I use the role-playing game FABU. FABU is a board and card game we created with Jerzy Franczak. An absolute workshop HIT! I need 4 hours for FABU.
I end all workshops with an evaluation. The most frequent phrase from participants at the end of the workshop is: ‘We want a follow-up!’, ‘We want more’, ‘Can we come again?’.
I think that's a good recommendation?
From creative writing, I run 3-hour, 4-hour, one-day and two-day workshops. FAB workshops are always 4-hour workshops.
From copyright, I run 90-minute workshops and 3-hour workshops.
If you would like me to run a workshop at your institution, for a specific group of people - email me at: barbarasadurska.autorka@gmail.com barbarasadurska.autorka@gmail.com
I will reply. We will agree on the scope, length, price and date. Those who have taken advantage say it is worth it.
